EXAMINATION
• In this case we found movements in other extremities during checking reflex of
any patellar, deltoid....
• If ask the patient to lie down on his or her back with straight legs and ask to lift is
leg, want be able to raise , little bit raise.

11. RIGIDITY AND SPASTICITY EXAMINATION
• In case of rigidity, we ask the patient to release hand then we check the finger
movement or hand movement their will find Some resistance against movement.
• If opposite to spasticity.

• Graphesthesia
• Position , in this case patient close eyes and doctor move finger up and down
and ask position.

20. LIGHT TOUCH
• We ask the patient, if patient feeling different sensation during touching his/her
fingers, palm, arm.. In case light touch
• In case pin and prick or pain touch, patient will tell about sensation feeling
different than one another.
