fit for the delivery position.
This do not make you fit for the next level. It just
makes you great performer at where you are.
2. Dependability
You get things done.
You are assigned a task, and you either do it
yourself or get it done by your team.
You are now a great Manager – perfect fit for
junior to mid-level Management.
3. Proactive
You are not given a problem to solve.

You are a problem yourself. You are in senior
position to identify and solve problem.
If you don’t find problems and check its feasibility
and usefulness, you are not yet fit for senior
management.
Driving vision and company performance &
culture is your job.
So, next time you feel, you are
stuck in the same position!

  • 8. 3. Proactive You are not given a problem to solve. You are a problem yourself. You are in senior position to identify and solve problem. If you don’t find problems and check its feasibility and usefulness, you are not yet fit for senior management. Driving vision and company performance & culture is your job.
