 Research needs to be conducted
 Larger library bodies should take the lead:
  ARL, NCES, et al.
In the meantime
 Distance classes broadcast to off-site
  locations = count like traditional instruction.
 When using Collaborate (webinar software)
   Invite students to complete evaluation forms
   Count the number of students viewing the live
    webinar
   Include with traditional
    statistics
