Dans le cadre des initiatives portées par la table de la filière biomasse en Abitibi-Ouest, La SADC d’Abitibi-Ouest a engagé deux étudiantes, Claudia Mercier et Joanie Poirier, aux études supérieures (maîtrise) pour développer un répertoire des entreprises liées au secteur de la biomasse forestière. Ce projet qui se terminera à la fin de l’été 2012 permettra d’ajouter à la valeur du développement économique et ce, dans un contexte durable.
Description du projet
Ce projet consiste à créer un répertoire des entreprises liées au secteur de la biomasse forestière situées sur le territoire de la SADC d’Abitibi-Ouest incluant Villebois et Valcanton. Les entreprises visées œuvrent à 4 niveaux :
- Fournisseurs de biomasse forestière / biocombustibles
- Équipementiers
- Services professionnels
- Clients/consommateurs institutionnels, industriels ou commerciaux
Également, les programmes originaires des ministères, des organismes publics et parapublics seront juxtaposés au répertoire.
