5. Le Capitolio est situé dans Paseo del Prado, dans le centre de La Habana. Le Capitolio National de La Habana est un bâtiment construit en 1929 destiné significatif des deux Chambres, le Congrès ou le corps législatif de la République du Cuba. Ouvert au public, il est un des centres touristiques plus visités de la ville. Constitue le deuxième monument le plus haut de La Habana puis le monument à José Martí situé dans la Place de la Révolution.
