Time for women - the creation of the DELANCE watch
In a few word I tell you my story as a woman, a mother and an entrepreneur.
If you can dream it you can do it
Write your story, it is a great tool to be invited as a speaker
The reasons to write your story, each one is worth to make the job:
• Just for yourself, for your children and grand-children as a legacy.
• As an entrepreneur, an artiste, a doctor, a mum and you want to share your experience.
• As a speaker, a book is the best tool to be invited.
Marketing to women: you are your target core
If you are a woman marketer, if your target audience is a woman forget all what you have learned about marketing.
If you are an entrepreneur and your target audience is a woman you already know what you need to do to attract your clientele.
The best way to empower women is to empower yourself
TIME TO SHARE MY STORY AS AN INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER
I am a woman who was born a dreamer. At times, my dreams were the only things that carried me forward. It’s important to have dreams, but it’s more important to realize them. Though my journey was long and often difficult, virtually all of my dreams have come true. I say virtually because I know that there are many more to come, for age has no corner on accomplishment.
Throughout my life, I have experienced spectacular highs and devastating lows, shed tears that would overflow a river, laughed so hard it would make the angels smile, and felt unbelievable pride—as a daughter, as a woman, a wife, a mother, and an entrepreneur. That is the wonder of life. Living it to its fullest glory is the gift we can all create.
Draw on my experience I have discovered that I have now the mission to inspire others that they too can have a goal and the determination to achieve it.
That is why I have written my story, “Butterfly in a Storm” and as a featured speaker at many conferences, I enjoy to share it with all those who dream of creating their own business or achieving a dream.
As a speaker, I have an international experience:
I began accepting invitations to speak at conferences around the world in 1986 on a variety of issues dealing with entrepreneurship and women’s issues. I was interviewed on radio and television in Europe, the United States, Africa, Asia and the Middle East in English, French and German.
During my speech, I involve the audience directly in the discussions, using humor and personal anecdotes to break the barrier between speaker and listeners. I speak from my heart in simple and direct ways that touch a cord in my audience.
I also love to share my story with the men who Rock and Support Women Achievement.
Tell your story, it is your best marketing tool
My message to women
Femininity is magic. Believe in yourself. Build your self-esteem. Be all that you can be. It is wonderful to be a woman.
My admiration for women comes from knowing my mother. She was my role model, a beautiful, intelligent and courageous woman. She was also a singer and a true entrepreneur.
I believe that women need recognition. They also need role models. They need esteem as much as love. And, very importantly, women need empowerment.
Tell your story to inspire other and walk in beauty my dear Sister!

I was an active happy child, wanting to go everywhere and explore everything.
If I was too adventurous for my mother, I was encouraged by my father. He gave me the feeling that I was free to conquer the world. “Everything you want to achieve, you can do it” he told me.
This certitude was engraved in my soul and I grew up with it.

Dear BPW Sister,
I come back home after our Congress in Jeju. Thank you to BPW for giving us the chance to create a real friendship with women worldwide.
Year after year we meet again with old friends and we make new friends, hopefully forever.
So many women, so many project… all over the world the silent economic contribution of women is priceless and it is marvellous when it is recognized and empowered.
I was profoundly touched by the women diver story and the museum to their ode. I could see them diving during the after tour and was impressed.
This morning, quietly in my bed, I was imagining diving in the cold water to grab the shells.
Trying to stay 2 minutes without breathing and to pick some shells and then come back to the fresh air.
I love diving and can understand that they love what they do, it was beautiful, but what a hard life!
Day after day, whatever the weather!
As said in the museum : In Jeju, it is better to be a cattle than a woman!
But the women we meet are smiling and charming... where is the secret?
Our future is in our hands... we know it and we are ready to make it happen, all together.
You know how much I enjoy dancing and the last evening was joyful and very energetic... viva Egypt!
Until we meet again I wish you a marvellous summer and hopefully see you in Egypt in 2017 or in Zurich next year!
