Créer un club opérant un jet privé depuis Sion, Genève et partout en Suisse pour l’usage exclusif de ses
membres. Chaque membre pourra réserver l’avion pour ses besoins privés ou professionnels. Les coûts
opérationnels sont inférieurs de 10% à 60% par rapport aux offres existantes sur le marché. De plus,
en étant basé à Sion, le coût d’utilisation et les frais fixes sont réduits par rapport aux autres offres du
marché, dont les avions sont basés notamment à Genève ou à Zurich.
OBJECTIF
La structure de club, tel que requise par l’Office Fédéral de l’Aviation Civile, permet d’opérer un avion
sans les contraintes structurelles d’une compagnie aérienne. Les coûts fixes sont ainsi réduits. Les
cotisations du club viseront à couvrir les frais fixes. Un forfait horaire sera défini pour les membres.

Imperialp Club aims to operate a private jet, based in Sion, Geneva and in the whole Switzerland, for the
exclusive use of its members. Each member is free to book the aircraft for their private or business needs,
to any destinations. The hourly cost will be from 10% to 60% cheaper than the market. The aircraft being
based in Sion, the fixed and operating costs are reduced, compared to a Geneva or Zurich based aircraft.
PURPOSE
The club structure is fully compliant with the Swiss and European regulation. The efficient
structure of a club helps to reduce the costs. As a non commercial operator, the club can not
make a profit. It guarantees the best price to the members.
