However, I greatly enjoyed reading the book and got a lot out of it. For one thing, recreations of
this story can be seen everywhere in society and in my life, I don t think I ll see the world
through the same lens. I thought that Ralph was a very relatable character, in that he only asked

case Canice v. Norwest Bank Iowa N.A.
In this case Peter Canice, among many other claims, accused Norwest Banks of discrimination
under the ADA for not making reasonable accommodations for his depression. In its ruling the
court reasoned that, Once a qualified individual with a disability has requested provision of a
reasonable accommodation . . . the employer must make a reasonable effort to determine the
appropriate accommodation. The evidence that Mr. Candice provided did not support this criteria
