• Keep your talk short
• Golden rule – we recommend around 10 minutes, 15 min is the max
• Pomodoro style – a timer will be available. We take it seriously.
• You are giving an “Elevator speech”
• Focus on your experience, feelings and learnings, which you think important. It is
your story, your journey.
• Why it is important or relevant to everybody.

4. Tips for Story Sharing Guests
The Objectives
• Your talk is to inspire the participants to see what you see, and to
learn what you learned.
• The key is to bring participants into the context, and have good
feeling of the background and situation
• Your objective should be to inspire the participants to talk and share
as a result of your sharing.
• Connect with the participants as a facilitator, not by persuasion.
• Listening is more important. Don’t overwhelm in the conversation.
• Success is your facilitation, and how willingly the audiences will
participate, share and feel, not your talk.

event.
• It’s a 10 min talk. Not too much text and details.
• In a short talk, details are NOT important. It only burdens the audience.
• No complicated diagrams. It burns the brain.
• Draw the pictures
• Context is more important than details
• Use the slides to help draw your pictures to bring context
