4. Program Location: meeting room at the Main (Mackenzie Street) Library
Branch
Program Length: 1.5-2 hours/week after school (3pm) for 6 weeks
Program Activities: students will instruct, guide seniors in a variety of art
techniques. First half of the course instruction, followed by work on a
project of their choice using the new techniques.
Media: watercolours, pastels, charcoal, pencil drawings, clay, mixed
media/collages, etc.
Participants: Seniors - 6 min. to 15 max.
Minimum student to senior ratio=1:3 in order to allow personalized
instruction and communication.
Cost = ? Negotiable based on cost of supplies – possible donations from
Sudbury Arts Council, Sudbury Secondary School/Rainbow District School
