The objectives of the study are:
 1. To examine the impact of Board Ownership on Firm Performance.
 2. To examine the impact of Board Leadership on Firm Performance.
 3. To examine the impact of Board Composition on Firm Performance.
 4. To examine the impact of Board Size on Firm Performance.
 5. To examine the impact of Firm Size on Firm Performance.
 Research Questions
Following questions are organized in order to achieve the research
objectives
 1. Does the board ownership effect the firm performance?
 2. Does the board leadership effect the firm performance?
 3. Does the board composition effect the firm performance?
 4. Does the board size effect the firm performance?
 5. Does the firm size effect the firm performance?
