The survey aimed to understand garment workers' satisfaction levels and identify ways to prevent future problems. Workers were asked questions about job satisfaction, overtime, salary, employer-employee relationships, supervisor behavior, facilities, work environment, unions, and fire safety. Most workers reported being satisfied with their job and relationships, but less satisfied with salary, overtime expectations, and lack of daycare. The HR head discussed employee recruitment, facilities provided, standard working hours, and efforts to satisfy employees. In conclusion, while workers have some issues, most are satisfied overall due to company efforts, but strikes could still occur if needs are not adequately addressed.
3. The goal of the survey:
Know about workers satisfaction based
on their job.
Find out a way how they prevents future
problem of garments sector.
Help managerial indicate them what to
do for workers.

Yes , we have a powerful fire safety system and we trained our
employee once in a month about our fire safety system .
Do you think it is that much easy to satisfy the employees?
Of course , Because we give efficiency salary , good working
environment and other facility.

According to labor law-8 hours.
But over time available if employee want to work.

Some information we can get through this
survey.
Although they have some problem but
employee of THE IMMACULATE are satisfied.
Company try to maintain employee quality life.
But strike occur when company does not care
about employee need.
