This document outlines a proposed real estate management system with modules for property registration, vendor registration, client registration, and reporting. The system would allow users to register properties and documentation, vendors, and clients. It includes modules for login, property, registration, and reports. The system would be developed using Java programming on a Windows operating system with a MySQL backend for data storage.
3. INTRODUCTION
• The project entitled as “MULTI REALESTATE BUSINESS
PROCESSING” This provides complete information regarding the
multi real estate business process, sales of land and available land detail
maintenance. Reports are generated at various stages to monitor the
land.
• Real Estate site Management system is a program designed to the new
real estate consultant, who recently engaged in site distribution. They
purchased the land recently and converted them into sites. To manage
the whole process this software is developed.
4. SCOPE AND PURPOSE
• This is of pilot project prepared for the real estate
consultant. Who recently converted the land into the
sites. This software help to maintain all the
documents, site related pictures, information in a
system. It is a compressive project to serve them all
requirements.
5. PROPOSED SYSTEM
• The proposed system will be computerized system , which
will maintain the record of entire system used for the data
entry of the various customer as well the generation of the
bills, reports etc.
6. ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM
• GUI : The proposed system provides better graphical user
interface.
• Search: Searching product, Sales, Supplier, Job Process
details becomes comparatively easy.
• Increase work Speed: Due to automation of some part of
the system work speed will increase.
• Less Paperwork: For the proposed system less paper
work is required.
• Reduce Error: Due to computerized there are less
possibilities of error.
8. LOGIN MODULE
• Introduction: Authorized users are allowed to access.
• Input: User enters the User type, Username and
password.
• Process Definition: Checks User type, Username and
password is valid or not.
• Output: User is directed to next page or shows the
message box “Login Failed”.
9. PROPERTY
PROPERTY REGISTRATION
• Input: property id, city, address etc.
• Process Definition: A new type of property is added
which includes the location and the rate, square feet
of the land property.
10. PROPERTY
PROPERTY DOCUMENT
• Input: property id, property proof, property
document etc..
• Process definition: The property document
information maintenances this module which includes
the pproperty proof, buy date, buy amount,
description.
• Output: The Property Document module saved all
information in the database.
11. REGISTRATION
VENDOR REGISTRATION
• Input: vendor id, name, address, phoneno, land price,
size etc..
• Process Definition: Here the vendor information has
stored in the system and a unique vendor number will
be generated from the software.
• Output: A separate vendor report has generated for
the user from the database.
12. REGISTRATION
CLIENT REGISTRATION
• Input: client id, name, address, phoneno, land size,
price etc..
• Process Definition: Process Definition: the user
checks in the system whether that ID is available or
not. If

13. REPORT MODULE
• Introduction: Only Admin can access the page and
check the report.
• Input: Username, from date, to date
• Process Definition: It retrieve’s all the information
stored from different tables.
• Output: Requested report is generated.
