10. TRANSACTIONTIME: SAMPLE SUBMISSION
TO GET BUYER COMMENTS
• Any types of garment sample takes to reach at buyer destination
through courier- 7 days to China and 10 days to USA
• Getting comments approx. 15 days depending on Buyer received
• If sample gets rejection one time, it means we will lost 15days from our
lead time

11. BASIC INFORMATION: CYZ FOR FABRIC

• Shrinkage% : +/- 4% Knit and +/-2% forWoven
• GSM tolerance: +/- 5%
• PrintWash requirement: 10times (Without shinning mark)

12. CYZ FABRIC SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL
PROCEDURE: OUR SOURCES
• Lab dip submission request- 7 days (Buyer asks)
• 1st Dye lot- No requirement
• Bulk fabric shade- Once fabric in-housed, then needs to send and
required approval to start sewing
Sending destination:

after 2 days

13. INSPECTION SYSTEM INTERNALLY
BY QA DEPARTMENT AT LIZ
• Fabric inspection: 4 point system but 10% fabric checking
• If fabric defects found for one style, fabric s/b arrange for one
style
• If nominated fabric, there is only required to test fabric
bleeding(CF), shrinkage test
• Trims inspection: 10% checking

14. PENALTY POINTS
• If factory can not hit the shipment of priority styles, then goods will
airlift by factory cost

➢ CYZ is working based on their shipment priority in terns of good
sales.
➢ They are placing big order but taking partially qty based on sales
figure all over the year
➢ They have some basic styles whose delivery can be happened in
several time like Knit(MP003), knit 2(MP008), knit 3(MP009), Octane
short(MB005), Mens 2 pack Boxer(MB001), P110815(WP001)
➢ For functional wear, they are dealing with specific delivery in terms of
making less splitting in delivery part like as flannel, poplin, satin within
short time

18. CYZ PACKAGING INSTRUCTION
• Polybag quality based on style variation like PVC, Zipper polybag, PP, Plastic Lock
• Can be packed on single pieces, 2pcs, 3pcs, 5 pcs by polybag
• Barcode sticker one pieces in each polybag based on color/size
• Size sticker required in each polybag
• Carton required size( 57cmX48cmX22cm)
• Pcs/carton is not fixed but carton weight should not exceed 15 lbs
• Carton sticker 4 pcs is mandatory/carton
• Shipping must in 4 side by printing/carton
