newer technology in the Xbox Kinect
Technological advances have not changed
much since the console came out 5 years

Buildingon its customer loyalty and online
platforms, it can offer online streaming of
video games for consumer, similar to
Netflix
Nintendo can develop its older video
games onto its new platform
Nintendo can offer HULU and Pandora
Radio to its customers
5. Threats - External
Competition is the biggest threat to Wii
Sony and Microsoft hold a large portion of
market share with drastically evolving
technology. Wii will have to change with
the times.
Nintendo caters mostly to families and
children where other console makers hold
an older audience which is much more
the norm and may cause problems for Wii
