Computer Lab or Computers in the Classroom
Computer Lab or Computers in the Classroom
Everyone lives in a society dependent on technology at work, home, and school, but students are not
able to access this technology on a continuous basis. Computers are significant to education because
they make us reconsider how students learn, how they are inspired, and what useful information is.
Classroom with computers have become an important part of the curriculum and need to be used
daily. Phasing out computer labs and putting computers right in the classroom helps with daily use,
helps with future preparation, and benefits learning in students and teachers.

Computer labs are found in many schools, a room with around 20 computers used by each person in
the school. Daily...show more content...
According to (n.d.) it reports that a study of middle school students produced twice as much written
work on computer than without (General Computer Use, para. 1). With using word processing on a
computer a student is given the chance to develop writing and thinking skills. The North Central
Regional Educational Laboratory (1997) website believes students write longer, revise and edit their
work, and concentrate on the thoughts they want to express (para. 12). Seems that students find it
easier to come up with ideas to write and easier to edit their work with a computer rather than pen
and paper. According to (n.d.) students learn their lessons in less time with computer–based
instruction. The average reduction in instructional time was 34% in 17 studies of college instruction,
and 24% in 15 studies of adult education (appendix, section 11). Also using computers helps with
developing independent learning and just might have leaders emerge that enjoy computers that
could help with others. Computers in the classroom also can help with social skills in students. Yes
computer labs can help with social skills too, when there is an older student to help younger ones it
is great to see cooperative learning but what about sharing, and teamwork between those in a
classroom. A classroom setting might not have 20 computers but only five and students have to
share these and work together. According to (n.d.) observed 10 activities of computer use was

Use of Computers in Education
Use of Computers in Education
Computers have become an inseparable part of our lives to a great extent. Particularly in the field of
education, their uses are manifold. Let us understand them further.
Over the years, computers have changed the way the world works. They have proved to be an asset
not only for the corporate sector, but also in other sectors such as medicine, architecture,
communication, research, sports and education. Speaking of which, computers have taken over the
field of education, bringing over its influence in every possible manner. These very machines, which
were once used only in research laboratories and government offices have now become a common
sight in schools across the world. Today, computers have touched...show more content...

The Use of Computer Software in Medicine
The use of specialised computer software has become an important part of modern medicine and has
revolutionised healthcare system and medicine as such in many ways. Computer software is used in
virtually all fields of medicine and offers a number of direct and indirect benefits for both the
patients and healthcare providers.
Microscopy imagining. Microscopy or the use of microscopes is of utmost importance for analysing
samples, and determining the cause of health problems and proper treatment or management of a
particular condition. Specialised software is used in microscope image processing which
dramatically reduces the amount of medical errors and improves the quality of healthcare. Such
processing is also used by a number of other fields of medicine including biomedical research, drug
testing, etc.
Data storage. Before the advent of computers, patient medical data was kept in filing cabinets which
took a lot of space and time to find a particular information. In addition, unauthorised persons
accessed sensitive information with relative ease. Specially designed software programmes
designed and used by seo companies eliminated the need for physical archiving of patient data as
well as increased security of patient medical information.

In the 21st Century the world's other name is TECHNOLOGY (computer) and that is for sure it is
hard to survive in this world without using that technology (computer) no matter where that is.
Schools are also not exceptional case in terms of technology (computer). The numbers of using
technologies (computer) are growing so rapidly. Today if we see the average of the student almost
everyone has use the computer. Its seems like taking any classes in schools are impossible. Impact
of computers on education the introduction of computers in students in school has positively
affected the school in terms of students' achievements, and teaching method. Today using of
computer in school are equipped with educational software that greatly aids learning. From the
first grade on, computers are a daily activity in students' life. There are many things that are done
differently in school now and that goes for all age groups computers can really help students in
many positive ways. If it were not for computers, there would be many helpful things that would
not be in school, for example if it were not for computers we would not have calculators, we also
would not have electronic so ever if it were not for computers.
Students will need to compute with the growing trends of a technologically–drive n society that
relies on computer perform daily tasks. The classroom is a good starting point for students to learn
word processing skills and how to navigate computers and the Internet early on;

The Importance Of Computers In Education
Age, accessibility to computers is affected by age as people at different ages need different
requirements for example elderly people have trouble seeing the screen so a magnifier is used to
make the words easier to read for them. There is also software they can get onto the computer that
makes the computer simpler because elderly people haven't grown up with computers it is a new
thing for them to understand so there is software like Eldy, which makes the interface simpler by
only displaying six buttons for email, Internet, chat, video conferencing, documents, pictures, Skype
and an option to change the buttons to whatever you want. I believe that nearly everyone at any age
is able to use a computer but some older people just choose not to embrace it.
Education, Computer systems are used in education because more lessons and resources are now
available online and in emails. Students have found to perform a lot better when they are using
computers rather than without and have felt more involved in the lessons. Computers play a vital
role in the modern business world, and many of even the most basic jobs involve technology and
computers. Teaching students how to use computers help them prepare for any number of possible
careers. There is a lot of educational software for young kids like Computer Classroom at Home
which is a software package which helps kids with math, reading, spelling, and English this has been
found to be very beneficial for young kids because software

Computers and technological devices have been heavily used in millions of elementary classrooms
throughout the world. While many people believe this is a beneficial thing some think it is taking
over the traditional ways of learning and damaging their social interaction. All the colors and sounds
on the screen attract children and make them think that what they are learning is fun and enjoyable.
Using computers in the classroom is very beneficial, but it should not be replacing traditional ways of
education. As Elizabeth Bohnhorst, author of Floppy Disk Fallacies, stated "...computers are being
used more and more frequently as a substitute for books, blackboards, and in some cases, the
teachers themselves (251–252)". Students will soon not have the need to bring pencils, paper, and
even a backpack to class because everybody will be using computers as a means of learning.
Moreover, computers should be used only as a tool to assist learners and make certain tasks
accomplishable more efficiently while also keeping traditional ways of learning.
Bohnhorst wrote Floppy Disk Fallacies in the year 2005, which was roughly thirteen year ago. One
statistic found Bohnhorst was from the University of Minnesota, which stated, "In 1992, the typical
high school had one computer for every ten students, while elementary and middle schools averaged
thirteen students per computer ("Computers")". In the year 2017, many school in the city of
Cleveland and its suburbs have laptops for every student

Now the computer can supplement the curriculum. The computer becomes a part of the class work.
It's not a substitute for the teacher but a strong assistant. Many children are able to understand
concepts when they are presented on a website that relates to their life in some way.
Computer–assisted instruction offers teachers and students another avenue to learn the required
academic material. Educational computer programs are available online, at computer stores or
through textbook companies. Stick with programs that are user–friendly and hold your students'
attention. Make sure the programs are at the correct grade level. Decide if you want the computer
program to supplement your lesson, practice basic skills, or assist in teaching a new concept and
make sure it does just that.
For Students: * Computer–assisted instruction provides differentiated lessons for varied levels of
learning, including students with disabilities and gifted students. Students are able to work at their
own pace while receiving instant feedback which enables them to self correct before moving on to
the next skill. If a student answers incorrectly, the computer programs will provide instructions to
assist the student in correcting their work. The programs are interactive and students can work
individually or in groups. This allows them to compete with their individual scores or the scores of
the students within their group. Students also gain valuable computer skills which

Technology In Education
Technology has revolutionized the human experience by changing the way one learns. Technology
can best be defined as a tool that supports and promotes human learning. This can be seen through
the usage of calculators, tablets (example: iPad), Smart Boards, video cameras, and, of course, the
computer. These are all innovations that can have a profound impact on classroomlearning. Although
there are some schools that have a strict policy that technology should be removed from the modern
day classroom, other schools believe that integrating technology into the classroom helps prepare
our students for the elaborate world they will face going forward. Throughout this essay, I will be

Subjects that might be monotonous for some – like math and science – can be much more engaging
with virtual lessons, tutoring, and the streaming of educational videos (Khan, 2012, p. 17). This
carries tremendous weight for me. As a student who struggled with Math, the best way that I learned
was through computer games because it was fun and interesting to me. When students are given the
opportunity to learn at their pace, stress levels are managed and scores are increasingly higher
because the student is given the opportunity to grow their confidence and complete the task at hand
without feeling any pressure. With the integration of technology, students get direct, individualized
instruction from the computer. This form of supplemental teaching allows them to engage with the
information at times that are most convenient for them and helps them become more self–directed in
the learning process. It also gives the teacher more time to accomplish classroom objectives, while
freeing them up to help the students who might be struggling with certain lessons. It is crucial that
students are not just being educated in only one way. Each child is different; as a result, learning
styles should be versatile and open to new strategies. By learning to use technology correctly,
teachers are preparing themselves, and the students for the future by developing certain skills that
will be essential in the 21st century. Besides developing the students' technology skills, students will

is the computer. Computers have changed the world, as a lot of things can now be done through
computers. Computers are everywhere at school, at work, and at home. Many daily activities either
involve the use of or depend on information from a computer. Over the past decade, the number of
schools with computer and the Internet access has grown exponentially, and the number of children
going online from school has followed suit.

Kids with special needs can use alternative input and output devices (assistive technologies) to
interact with computers and do things that they normally could not accomplish independently. They
benefit especially from having access to an on–demand, patient tutor that allows them to work at

Computers improve both teaching and student achievement. Across the world children have entered
a passionate and enduring love affair with the computer. Thus, when used for educational programs,
what attracts the children most is not the beauty of or interests in the content being learned, but
these are video effects of the computer. It is a great need that children and young people have to
learn computers now otherwise they will fall behind in their future search for professional jobs and
career.
Computers these days have become so easy to use and learn. The online tutorials are becoming so
powerful that any one will be able to learn how to use computers very fast at any age. The use of
computers will be part of on–the–job training, provided by the enterprises themselves. It is a fact
that many adults are afraid of computers, but the person will not be the case with children who were
born after the introduction of personal computers.
As of today, more than 70 percent of colleges offer some sorts of distance learning classes. Distance

I truly adhere to the above mentioned axiom, which made me to realize and understand the
importance of continuous learning and helped me in reaching greater heights. The inherent curiosity
for the field of computers started, right from childhood when I was able to perceive that this magical
machine possesses the potential to simplify the lives of people and empower them. Initially, to my
mind, this machine is a huge calculator, in which the advanced calculations are performed, that
cannot be done using normal calculator. This idea led me to initiate the learning about computers.
Tally is the first software which proved me that I was wrong about this intelligent machine and it is
capable of solving many complex problems that are plaguing in the society. My strong affinity
towards latest technologies, subsequent industry experience and a strong–will to reinvent myself

Integrating Technology in Education
Educational technologies are being utilized in every facet of school education. Increasingly, teachers
are asking students to access information from technological sources. Methods of instruction must
change in order to keep up with the ever–changing world and we, as teachers must cease the
technological movement. There are many factors and activities that can help teachers develop an
attitude that is intrepid in the use of technology, encourages them to take risks, and inspires them to
involve technology in the classroom environment. In the technological society of today, is it possible
that the integration of computers will change the traditional methods of the classroom? Will the

The technology plan should also address the technology proficiencies that teachers will be expected
to demonstrate. Once everything is setup a performance report should be printed showing the
impacts of student achievement and teacher efficiency. Barnett (2001) explained that technology
effectiveness divides into two areas: 1) learning with computers, using computers as tutors 2)
learning from computers, which is when the student uses the computer as a tool in the learning
process for communication, collaboration, research, or publishing. However, for any of this to work
a well knowledge teacher must be present. Therefore, a technology plan must commit to professional
development and continue to support and find ways to integrate technology into the curriculum.
What is the purpose of implementing technology? Research indicates that computer technology
increases student's high order thinking skills. Students are able to conceptualize, analyze and solve
more complex problems. Technology provides ways for teachers and school to utilize time more
efficiently (Burdette 2001). Technology can be used to present information in a new, more
appropriate way. Educational technology tools most commonly used are PowerPoint, Word and
Excel. Technology by itself does not guarantee learning. The combination of the teacher, student and

Computer Technology : A Educational Study
In this educational study, an analysis of the "futuristic student" will define the increasing importance
of computerized education as a way to dictate the needs of the student in the increasing role of
information technology (IT) in the 21st contrary. In modern schools, the necessity of computerized
education will provide stude4nts of the future with the necessary skills to participate in jobs related
to this field of technology. Computers will become a more central part of educational curriculums,
since the increasing use of IT will be channeled through medium of digital modes of communication.
Also, this type of student will need to be aware of the technical aspects of computer technology as a
vital component in the growth of technology based mediums of the future. Educators must realize
the impact of exponentially expanded fields of technology that will become a prime objective for
communicating and relaying information through the computerized technology. Therefore, the

Technology affects every aspect of our lives. From romance to business, it has shown its presence
everywhere. But technology has had a huge impact on education that cannot be denied, and has done
nothing but improve the quality and quantity of education.
Today, schools are being pressured more and more to improve the technology they use and teach in
the classrooms. Parents are placing this pressure on schools so that their students have the skills
needed to compete in the real world job market. Students are placing pressure on the schools to

This frees up time for teachers to address more serious issues in the classroom and allows students
more time to work on their project, instead of having to spend large quantities of time going over
their project with the teacher. Also, programs such as PowerPoint and other graphic arts programs
allow students to illustrate their literary works and by creating them on the computer, it makes it
much simpler for the students to publish their own work on the internet. When it comes to learning
how to improve reading skills, many programs exist, one of the better being Reader Rabbit, which
uses games to disguise drill–and–practice routines to help students improve reading ability. All of
these are examples of how technology has positively affected Language Arts education.
Science education has also been affected however. Computer programs like BioPac, used here on
LSSU's campus, help collect data and analyze it. Experiments that normally would not have been
able to be accomplished or ones that would have required great lengths of time can now easily be
completed in a matter of minutes. Also, internet resources can help provide ideas for experiments,
with instructions on how to complete them often, and also will provide forums for students to
exchange and discuss results with each other. In response to students feelings of uneasiness about

effectiveness and the quality of the education system.
CAE has been utilized for quite some time. In the mid–1960s, Stanford University brain research
teachers Patrick Suppes and Richard C. Atkinson tried different things with utilizing computers to

Introduction:
"The speed with which technology has developed since the invention of the computer has been
extraordinary and surprisingly sustained. For educators, the rapid and continuing introduction of
new technology into education, has outpaced the ability of teachers and developers to evaluate it
properly, " says Levy, (1997:1). And he continues, that as soon as teachers have become acquainted
with one kind of software and hardware and have developed some ability to use it for educational
purposes, "better" machines appear to displace it.

TEACHER TRAINING:
"In our schools, every classroom in America must be connected to the information superhighway
with computers and good software and well–trained teachers" (Clinton, B: 1996, in Bush et al: 1997)
Teacher training has been supported by different sources, as mentioned by Cwiklik (1997). Federal
funds have been used in programs such as the Technology Innovation Challenge Grant Program,
which provides funds for schools developing projects that encourage the good use of technology in
education. And the Technology Literacy Challenge Fund set up last year for state education agencies
to distribute to school–technology initiatives.
Schools, districts or teachers' certified agencies also sustain programs to develop teacher training,
such as the Community School District One in New York, the New York Public Schools with the
"Project Smart", or the Olympia, WA, School district which devised the original "Generation Why."
All mentioned by Cwiklik in Wall Street Journal (1997).
Teacher training is also left up to teachers who want to initiate participation by themselves, and
enroll in some of the multiple courses offered by colleges all over the USA.
In any case, as Katie Hickox (1997) says, teacher training

Computers facilitate audio–visual representation of information, thus making the process of learning
interactive and interesting. Computer–aided teaching adds a fun element to education. Teachers
hardly use chalk and board today. They bring presentations on a flash drive, plug it in to a computer

have permeated everyday life from their use in almost all aspects of life from the social aspects

argument brought to the fore postulates that there has been an overreliance on computer technology
to the point where humans are unable to function without them. While one school of thought argues
that this is true by highlighting that various functions such as medical examinations can only be
done using computer technology, another points out that there is need to develop human ability

highlights that the current education system doesn't promote creativity among school children
through various ways. He argues that while creativity is essentially focused on coming up with
original ideas that are often wrong, school feigns on mistakes thereby acting as a deterrent to the

  • 1. Computer Lab or Computers in the Classroom Computer Lab or Computers in the Classroom Everyone lives in a society dependent on technology at work, home, and school, but students are not able to access this technology on a continuous basis. Computers are significant to education because they make us reconsider how students learn, how they are inspired, and what useful information is. Classroom with computers have become an important part of the curriculum and need to be used daily. Phasing out computer labs and putting computers right in the classroom helps with daily use, helps with future preparation, and benefits learning in students and teachers. Computer Labs Computer labs are found in many schools, a room with around 20 computers used by each person in the school. Daily...show more content... According to (n.d.) it reports that a study of middle school students produced twice as much written work on computer than without (General Computer Use, para. 1). With using word processing on a computer a student is given the chance to develop writing and thinking skills. The North Central Regional Educational Laboratory (1997) website believes students write longer, revise and edit their work, and concentrate on the thoughts they want to express (para. 12). Seems that students find it easier to come up with ideas to write and easier to edit their work with a computer rather than pen and paper. According to (n.d.) students learn their lessons in less time with computer–based instruction. The average reduction in instructional time was 34% in 17 studies of college instruction, and 24% in 15 studies of adult education (appendix, section 11). Also using computers helps with developing independent learning and just might have leaders emerge that enjoy computers that could help with others. Computers in the classroom also can help with social skills in students. Yes computer labs can help with social skills too, when there is an older student to help younger ones it is great to see cooperative learning but what about sharing, and teamwork between those in a classroom. A classroom setting might not have 20 computers but only five and students have to share these and work together. The Importance Of Computers In Education Age, accessibility to computers is affected by age as people at different ages need different requirements for example elderly people have trouble seeing the screen so a magnifier is used to make the words easier to read for them. There is also software they can get onto the computer that makes the computer simpler because elderly people haven't grown up with computers it is a new thing for them to understand so there is software like Eldy, which makes the interface simpler by only displaying six buttons for email, Internet, chat, video conferencing, documents, pictures, Skype and an option to change the buttons to whatever you want. I believe that nearly everyone at any age is able to use a computer but some older people just choose not to embrace it. Education, Computer systems are used in education because more lessons and resources are now available online and in emails. • 5. Argumentative Essay Computers and technological devices have been heavily used in millions of elementary classrooms throughout the world. While many people believe this is a beneficial thing some think it is taking over the traditional ways of learning and damaging their social interaction. All the colors and sounds on the screen attract children and make them think that what they are learning is fun and enjoyable. Using computers in the classroom is very beneficial, but it should not be replacing traditional ways of education. As Elizabeth Bohnhorst, author of Floppy Disk Fallacies, stated "...computers are being used more and more frequently as a substitute for books, blackboards, and in some cases, the teachers themselves (251–252)". Students will soon not have the need to bring pencils, paper, and even a backpack to class because everybody will be using computers as a means of learning. Moreover, computers should be used only as a tool to assist learners and make certain tasks accomplishable more efficiently while also keeping traditional ways of learning. Bohnhorst wrote Floppy Disk Fallacies in the year 2005, which was roughly thirteen year ago. One statistic found Bohnhorst was from the University of Minnesota, which stated, "In 1992, the typical high school had one computer for every ten students, while elementary and middle schools averaged thirteen students per computer ("Computers")". Computer–assisted instruction offers teachers and students another avenue to learn the required academic material. Educational computer programs are available online, at computer stores or through textbook companies. Stick with programs that are user–friendly and hold your students' attention. Make sure the programs are at the correct grade level. Decide if you want the computer program to supplement your lesson, practice basic skills, or assist in teaching a new concept and make sure it does just that. For Students: * Computer–assisted instruction provides differentiated lessons for varied levels of learning, including students with disabilities and gifted students. Students are able to work at their own pace while receiving instant feedback which enables them to self correct before moving on to the next skill. If a student answers incorrectly, the computer programs will provide instructions to assist the student in correcting their work. The programs are interactive and students can work individually or in groups. This allows them to compete with their individual scores or the scores of the students within their group. Subjects that might be monotonous for some – like math and science – can be much more engaging with virtual lessons, tutoring, and the streaming of educational videos (Khan, 2012, p. 17). This carries tremendous weight for me. As a student who struggled with Math, the best way that I learned was through computer games because it was fun and interesting to me. When students are given the opportunity to learn at their pace, stress levels are managed and scores are increasingly higher because the student is given the opportunity to grow their confidence and complete the task at hand without feeling any pressure. With the integration of technology, students get direct, individualized instruction from the computer. This form of supplemental teaching allows them to engage with the information at times that are most convenient for them and helps them become more self–directed in the learning process. It also gives the teacher more time to accomplish classroom objectives, while freeing them up to help the students who might be struggling with certain lessons. It is crucial that students are not just being educated in only one way. Each child is different; as a result, learning styles should be versatile and open to new strategies. By learning to use technology correctly, teachers are preparing themselves, and the students for the future by developing certain skills that will be essential in the 21st century. The inherent curiosity for the field of computers started, right from childhood when I was able to perceive that this magical machine possesses the potential to simplify the lives of people and empower them. Initially, to my mind, this machine is a huge calculator, in which the advanced calculations are performed, that cannot be done using normal calculator. This idea led me to initiate the learning about computers. Tally is the first software which proved me that I was wrong about this intelligent machine and it is capable of solving many complex problems that are plaguing in the society. My strong affinity towards latest technologies, subsequent industry experience and a strong–will to reinvent myself through my coding skills helped me to go beyond horizons. Atkinson tried different things with utilizing computers to show math and perusing to youthful students in grade schools in East Palo Alto, California. Stanford's Education Program for Gifted Youth is plunged from those early investigations. In 1963, Bernard Luskin introduced the primary computers in a junior college for guideline, working with Stanford and others, created computers helped direction. Utilization of computer information correspondence has initiated in Fifteenth Century. The greater part of the people in Fifteenth Century were to a great degree uninformed. Essay on Computers and Teaching Computers and Teaching Introduction: "The speed with which technology has developed since the invention of the computer has been extraordinary and surprisingly sustained. For educators, the rapid and continuing introduction of new technology into education, has outpaced the ability of teachers and developers to evaluate it properly, " says Levy, (1997:1). And he continues, that as soon as teachers have become acquainted with one kind of software and hardware and have developed some ability to use it for educational purposes, "better" machines appear to displace it. According to Ahmad et al (1985), computers bring to education what all new technical devices have brought about: skepticism and fear, or "euphoria followed by...show more content... (Classe, 1998) TEACHER TRAINING: "In our schools, every classroom in America must be connected to the information superhighway with computers and good software and well–trained teachers" (Clinton, B: 1996, in Bush et al: 1997) Teacher training has been supported by different sources, as mentioned by Cwiklik (1997). Federal funds have been used in programs such as the Technology Innovation Challenge Grant Program, which provides funds for schools developing projects that encourage the good use of technology in education. And the Technology Literacy Challenge Fund set up last year for state education agencies to distribute to school–technology initiatives. Schools, districts or teachers' certified agencies also sustain programs to develop teacher training, such as the Community School District One in New York, the New York Public Schools with the "Project Smart", or the Olympia, WA, School district which devised the original "Generation Why." All mentioned by Cwiklik in Wall Street Journal (1997). Teacher training is also left up to teachers who want to initiate participation by themselves, and enroll in some of the multiple courses offered by colleges all over the USA. In any case, as Katie Hickox (1997) says, teacher training Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Computers facilitate audio–visual representation of information, thus making the process of learning interactive and interesting. Computer–aided teaching adds a fun element to education. Teachers hardly use chalk and board today. They bring presentations on a flash drive, plug it in to a computer in the classroom, and the teaching begins. There's color, there's sound, there's movement – the same old information comes forth in a different way and learning becomes fun. The otherwise not–so–interesting lessons become interesting due to audio–visual effects. Due to the visual aid, difficult subjects can be explained in better ways. Things become easier to follow, thanks to the use of computers in education. Computer software help better presentation of information. Internet can play an important role in education. As it is an enormous information base, it can be harnessed for retrieval of information on a variety of subjects. The Internet can be used to refer to information on different subjects. Both teachers and students benefit from the Internet. Teachers can refer to it for additional information and references on the topics to be taught. Students can refer to web sources for additional information on subjects of their interest. The Internet helps teachers set test papers, frame questions for home assignments and decide project topics. And not just Get more content on HelpWriting.net

The past few decades have been marked by rapid development in computer technology from the early days of the mainframe computers in the 1960s to the current age whereby the gap between computer technology and everyday life has reduced immensely. There is no doubt that computers have permeated everyday life from their use in almost all aspects of life from the social aspects through social media, to their use in making everyday life better in every way. However, an argument brought to the fore postulates that there has been an overreliance on computer technology to the point where humans are unable to function without them. While one school of thought argues that this is true by highlighting that various functions such as medical examinations can only be done using computer technology, another points out that there is need to develop human ability without necessarily relying on computers. Education as a source of creativity Sir Ken Robinson, in his video on how schools kill creativity, highlights that the current education system doesn't promote creativity among school children through various ways. He argues that while creativity is essentially focused on coming up with original ideas that are often wrong, school feigns on mistakes thereby acting as a deterrent to the development of creativity. Herrera (2016) reiterates Robinson by pointing out that children should not be fought when they are wrong rather, they ought to be provided with an opportunity to fully express Get more content on HelpWriting.net
