In 2010 we began to see some
 massive translation projects.
Translated OER is a largely
  unrealized opportunity.
How are you thinking about
  internationalization?
The task of translation is
complex, domain speci c, and in
some cases a signi cant upfront
             cost.
But the return is immense.
Consider: one unit of relevant OER.
In English, we have
only begun to realize
  the vision of OER.
But many languages
  face a crisis of
     content.
Community-driven
 translation is the
essential vehicle of
global OER growth.
