 What are experiences and forms of open
learning for adults?
 Adults do not want to do formal/serious learning. They want it
to be entertaining and attractive.
 Important to keep in mind the needs of different target groups
(heterogenious)
 Keeping in mind the socio-cultural aspects
 Validating, accreditating or at least rewarding (badges, micro-
credentials)

 Are digital resources and technologies
accessible for adult learning?
 Yes and no. Those that need learning most do not know where
and how to access the resources.
 Resources should keep in mind the needs of different target
groups (especially – vulnerable).
 Innitial physical contact is still wanted, especially for
vulnerable target groups – refugees, early school leavers, etc.)
 Technological solutions are very important.

  • 5.  What are experiences and forms of open learning for adults?  Adults do not want to do formal/serious learning.   • 6.  Are digital resources and technologies accessible for adult learning?  Yes and no. Those that need learning most do not know where and how to access the resources.  Resources should keep in mind the needs of different target groups (especially – vulnerable).  Innitial physical contact is still wanted, especially for vulnerable target groups – refugees, early school leavers, etc.)  Technological solutions are very important.
