12. Street Wisdom Workshop
Sometimes in our desperate need to be busy we forget that
inspiration is all around us. Which is where Street Wisdom
comes in. Street Wisdom is a guided experience that uses
the streets as an invisible university. It’s ‘walking-based
problem solving’ - a mix of psychology, mindfulness and
cognitive science.
This session starts with a series of meditative exercises
which enable the brain to relax and be ready to take on
inputs. These prepare you for the final exercise of using the
