1. Annotated Bibliography For this activity, you will be creating the
Annotated BibliographyFor this activity, you will be creating the foundation assignment
commonly referred to as an Annotated Bibliography. An Annotated Bibliography is a tool
used to organize research material. It is a good way to practice your citation skills in a
different way from writing a traditional, full research essay or paper.Remember, this
assignment can be used to help you build the foundation for research assignments in future
courses. If done thoroughly and well, it will serve you for years to come with any research
papers you might be tasked with.You may choose any topic for this assignment, but we
recommend that you use the same topic from the Week 7 forum for consistency (and also
because, if you do, you’ll have done some of the work necessary for this

following requirements:A minimum of four entries must be included in your Annotated
Bibliography. Remember that an entry is both a citation AND annotation as shown in the

examined the brains of 17 patients suffering from chronic migraines. The study proved that
the brain is altered for those experiencing migraines, and the more frequent or painful the
episodes, the more changes were observed. The study concluded that this information is
vital in assessing the level of damage patients undergo when assessing treatment options
for them. These authors have published frequently in the field and are searchable with their
medical affiliations via Google. The article could be useful in supporting the idea that

2. migraine headaches are more detrimental to one’s health than originally thought, and
therefore require more research.Do you notice the difference in the indentation? This is
done by using a Hanging Indent, which is different than traditional paragraph indenting in
an essay. You can find directions for how to format hanging indents in Microsoft Word here.
Keep in mind that a strong paragraph is going to be about 5-8 sentences in length.Example
