一、講師簡介
OVF USA / Taiwan － 唐 瑋 (Joy Tang)
1990 年 加 入 美 國 思 科 (Cisco System)， 致 力 於 市 場 開 發 工 作 長 達 7 年 ； 她 曾
在 該 區 的 政 府 聯 盟，從 事 新 興 市 場 開 發、銷 售 開 發、行 政 商 務 簡 報 以 及 行 銷 等 工 作。
身 為 Cisco Fellow， 她 在 人 力 資 源 建 設 、 教 育 、 ICT4D、 企 業 社 會 責 任 (CSR)以 及
文化學習中，獲取了相當專業及豐富的知識、技能與經驗。
oneVillage Foundation (OVF) 是唐瑋於 2000 年在美國所創立之基金會。該基金會致力於
新興市場的資訊與通訊科技（Information and Communication Technology, ICT）發展，並且
透過 ICT 的建置，連結 oneVillage 各核心目標─包含教育、管理、經濟、生態、文化與傳統、
健康與醫療等，進行資源整合，在非洲開發中國家打造數位化社會。OVF 的計畫目前已在三個非
洲國家─迦納、奈及利亞與肯亞執行。

二、演講主題
國際志工非洲迦納團計畫 Africa Ghana International Volunteer Project
此次演講主題內容主要為，講師唐瑋分享今年暑假帶領清大學生去非洲迦納進行國際志工服
務的過程，服務內容計有：架設電腦設備與網路平台、教導當地人民操作軟硬體設備、協助將當
地的部落歷史、文化資產等記錄成數位典藏、觀察當地雨林保育情形、以及協助改進當地的橄欖
油生產流程等。
唐瑋指出這門環境變遷與永續未來是未來學領域的課程，因此特別強調關於未來的思考模
式。她指出 whole-system thinking（整體性系統思考）與 independent thinking（獨立性思考）與
未來學的關連性，這兩種思維模式是她不斷在使用的工具，同時也是大學生應具備的思考能力。
她希望藉由自己身為淡江學姊的經歷，能激發出同學的深度思考以及行動力，去勇敢實踐自己的
未來。
三、Q & A
1. 為何想去非洲做志工？如何適應當地環境？生活是否困苦？
Ans. 因為工作的關係去了非洲，去的時候沒有多做它想，長期生活下來產生了能為當地做些
什麼的想法；剛開始會稍微不適應，但抱持著開放的心態生活就可以了。
2. 在非洲使用何種語言？得到了什麼領悟？
Ans. 基本上是使用英語，不過長期居住在當地也會學習一些當地語言；簡單生活就是一種快

3. 如何保持正面的心態持續做這些事
Ans. 想要幫助小朋友能夠有更好的未來，看見他們燦爛的笑容，便有源源不斷的熱情去從事
這些工作。
四、演講反應
大多數同學覺得講師唐瑋是一位很勇敢、可愛、開朗、有活力和遠見、及願意奉獻大愛的人。
能夠放下令人稱羨的高薪工作，來到非洲開展公益事務，利用自己過往工作經驗進行非洲網路基
礎建設的普及，這樣的情懷與經歷令人嚮往。許多同學也反應道，唐瑋的熱情打動了他們，使他
們更能相信自己，貢獻一己之力為世界付出；有人認為更應該要準備好自己，在需要的時候挺身
而出。由此次演講，同學們了解到由一群人堅定的信念出發，透過完善的計畫，持續的行動，便
有機會改變這世界。
