- The opportunity
- Your competition
- Implementation/Team
- Figures/Projections
- How much are asking for and what are you offering in return

4. What you should do
 Positive attitude: If you are bold and funny… well, be yourself
 Hold your ground: I am ready to walk away (this works for first date too)
 Know your investor : do your homework
 Know your figures from the top of your head: yes all of’em

5. What you should NEVER do
 Don’t bid against yourself
 Don’t be arrogant, money is always king!
 Set a high anchor but don’t shoot yourself in the foot
 It went south: don’t burn the bridge
