learns from experience and turns the
scars of failure into badges of honour
– and wisdom.

29. None of these innovators can manage disruption on
their own. However, their powers are complementary,
compensating for each others’ weaknesses and creating
a stronger whole.

Alas, there is no “Innovator Signal” on the rooftop you can just
switch on and wait for the heroes to appear, all costumed and
fully powered, ready to do battle with Captain Complacent.
They must be your band of heroes, not just any band.
