Project proposal statement:
The BCDA and BCRM identified the need to utilise the available natural resources for the
generation of alternate energy.
Reasons for project:
1) Current Energy Crisis
2) No electricity equals no development
3) Huge marketing value if any town can be market as self sustainable in terms of
electricity supply.

Fish canal, and favourable wind factors.
