  1. How might technology help students develop study skills? To move students from the first to second descriptor is nothing new. Technology
  2. This is my own personal belief. There is a nice pattern that flows back from the learner. This is not meant to be seen as critical but a reflection of the competing claims on people’s time and perspective. The point is that this kind of order has a bearing on decision making, the speed of change, the relative importance of competing claims (ILT is not up there) and the difficulties of leading a service where constant technological innovation provides chaotic leadership.
