5. Behind the buildings, the space is used to cook. We paid the cook a day rate of Rs300 (approx £4), he returned a Rs100.

6. Potatoes and Aubergine Curry Note : cooker made up from bricks and fuelled dry wood. Wood burning slow cookers!
