Purpose: The students learn how to provide superior guest service in a
hotel or customer service establishment.
Competencies taught:
Answer the Telephone using professional etiquette
Take Reservations
Solve Guest Complaints
Give Tourist Information
Register Guests and Complete Departures
Balance the Cash and Make a Deposit
Learn the Hotel Software (IQWare)
Evaluations are mostly simulations.

15. HYBRID ON-LINE PROGRAM
420 hours on-line + 210 hours in class + 105 hours internship

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 11:30am 12:30pm – 3:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Requirement: 15 hours per week (which includes 1 day in-class)
