Human voice is very
powerful!!!
In fact it is the most powerful
thing in the world.
Can create war on one side and
can lead to love on another.
Love and hate which are two sides
of the coin ….. Depends on one
thing only ….and that is voice or
human voice to be precise!!
So come along and learn ….

Most people think when they
speak people don’t listen …
Why is that ?
Well to answer this we need to go
over some habits that we need to
move away from
Or
THE
SEVEN
SINS
OF
DEADLY
SPEAKING
These are….
Gossiping…
If someone is saying bad things about someone.
Tomorrow they can talk about you too… BE
CAREFUL ! Avoid gossip at all
costs.
STOP JUDGING
Try and listen to others with a neutral
perspective and
stop judging them .
Respecttheir perspective in life.
NEGATIVITY..
Avoid conversation that are too
negative for your own good…have a
positive outlook on your life
and it will reflect in your conversations
and the way you speak.
Complaining….
STOP complaining every now and then and
focus and try and reach a solution , too much
complains can make the conversations dull.
EXCUSES..
Stop making excuses for
anything that you do.
REMEMBER.. You can have
either results or excuses !!!

Not telling the truth and lying , exaggerating whatever you
want to say can make you a non reliant speaker and hence
someone who nobody listens to.
DOGMATISM
The best things in the world – the best ideas, the best movements, the
best innovations – often become corrupted with dogma and lose their
appeal to people.
Dogma shuts off listening. And listening is a uniquely important skill.
What is the point of interacting with another human being if you
are not going to listen?
Therefore it is important to STOP
committing to these sins and try and
have better conversations to help
people listen better and you to speak
better and bring in change..
Now coming to the

to stand on and improve your
conversations with people.

This will help in taking care of those little things that
affect conversations to a large extent.
REGISTER- more the depth more the power
TIMBRE- sound more humble and soft while conversing.
PROSODY- do not have same tone for anything that you want
to speak.
PACE- try and keep the pace regular , REMEMBER silence is not
bad!
PITCH- try and regulate your pitch .
VOLUME- volume s of utmost importance . Remember do not
IMPOSE!
WARM UP YOUR VOICE!!!
REMEMBER …. The GOAL is that
when you are SPEAKING people
are LISTENING in an environment
wherein change is required or that
is actually fit for its purpose.
IMAGINE…
the stage when sound is created consciously
and listening is done consciously which helps to
design environment consciously .
This will give us a beautiful world.
Where UNDERSTANDING WILL BE THE NORM!!

  • 1. How to speak so that people listen?
  • 2. Human voice is very powerful!!!
  • 3. In fact it is the most powerful thing in the world.
  • 4. Can create war on one side and can lead to love on another.
  • 5. Love and hate which are two sides of the coin ….. Depends on one thing only ….and that is voice or human voice to be precise!! So come along and learn ….
  • 6. How to speak powerfully? or much better
  • 7. How to speak powerfully to make a change in the world??
  • 8. Most people think when they speak people don’t listen …
  • 9. Why is that ? Well to answer this we need to go over some habits that we need to move away from
  • 12. Gossiping… If someone is saying bad things about someone. Tomorrow they can talk about you too… BE CAREFUL ! Avoid gossip at all costs.
  • 13. STOP JUDGING Try and listen to others with a neutral perspective and stop judging them . Respecttheir perspective in life.
  • 14. NEGATIVITY.. Avoid conversation that are too negative for your own good…have a positive outlook on your life and it will reflect in your conversations and the way you speak.
  • 15. Complaining…. STOP complaining every now and then and focus and try and reach a solution , too much complains can make the conversations dull.
  • 16. EXCUSES.. Stop making excuses for anything that you do. REMEMBER.. You can have either results or excuses !!!
  • 17. lying Not telling the truth and lying , exaggerating whatever you want to say can make you a non reliant speaker and hence someone who nobody listens to.
  • 18. DOGMATISM The best things in the world – the best ideas, the best movements, the best innovations – often become corrupted with dogma and lose their appeal to people. Dogma shuts off listening. And listening is a uniquely important skill. What is the point of interacting with another human being if you are not going to listen?
  • 19. Therefore it is important to STOP committing to these sins and try and have better conversations to help people listen better and you to speak better and bring in change..
  • 20. Now coming to the FOUNDATIONS to stand on and improve your conversations with people.
  • 21. Follow the H. A. I. L. Model. Question is What is H. A. I. L. ????
  • 22. H. A. I. L. H O N E S T Y A U T H E N T I C I N T E G R I T Y L O V E Be honest in your opinions Be authentic and genuine in whatever you have to say. Integrity means be your word . Wish them well comes under love. Show love and care in whatever you speak.
  • 23. The TOOL BOX This will help in taking care of those little things that affect conversations to a large extent.
  • 24. REGISTER- more the depth more the power TIMBRE- sound more humble and soft while conversing. PROSODY- do not have same tone for anything that you want to speak. PACE- try and keep the pace regular , REMEMBER silence is not bad! PITCH- try and regulate your pitch . VOLUME- volume s of utmost importance . Remember do not IMPOSE!
  • 25. WARM UP YOUR VOICE!!!
  • 26. REMEMBER …. The GOAL is that when you are SPEAKING people are LISTENING in an environment wherein change is required or that is actually fit for its purpose.
  • 27. IMAGINE… the stage when sound is created consciously and listening is done consciously which helps to design environment consciously . This will give us a beautiful world. Where UNDERSTANDING WILL BE THE NORM!!
