 “Those who educate children tells. The good
teacher explains.The superior teacher
demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.”
A Teacher is a person who provide education
for students.
No matter how many years of experience you
have under your belt. There are certain
things that teacher should never do.
Not only are the things on this list pushing the
ethical envelope, they could also be
damaging to your career.
 Don’t try to relive your student days your are
the teacher not the student.
 Be greatful those days are past you and you
are now on the teacher side of the desk.
 Don’t try to be too friendly or get too close
with your student on a personal level.
 Stay professional and make sure the
students know who’s in charge.
 As a teacher you now have the chance to
seethe bigger picture.
 You have a gossip you see how cliques and
bullying will impact students.
 Use your teaching position as an opportunity
to create an environment that can prevent
the heartache and embarrassment you and
yours friend experience in school days
 Don’t let loose in a community locallife does not
have to stop just because you have become a
teacher but if you want to continue being a
teacher it will have to change.
 Don’t be crass in class especially at the
expense of a student.A teacher word are
powerful so use them wisely.
 Students take cues from teacher and how to
dialogue and speak,so use language that is
appropriate.
 Every teacher has the knowledge to know
the difference between working hard and
hardly working.
 Every teacher has the power to create the
experience and that shape the future of a
student positively.
 Teacher have the opportunity to be trusted
by the people contact in the school setting.
 You don’t have to learns something new about
teaching or even the subject you teach but you
can learn it how to knit.
 Recognizing your own excitement for learning
new things and how you learn will help you be a
better teacher.
 Get over the idea that only childern should
spend their time in studies.ba a student so long
as you still have something to learn and this will
mean all your life.
My teacher explains the subject matter to the
point. Inspite of the fact that She is a good
person and lecturer that I want.
Some changes in the method of her teaching.
My desire is that she should explain the topic in
easy word.
I understand the difficult words in my national
language, So I request her to explain the topic
in Urdu.
 She must be very polite and soft spoken.
 Her behaviour should be loving so that the
lecture is not boring.
 Her attitude should be sympathetic. She can
be lenient towards her students.
 The way of teaching may be interesting and
she should also discuss weather and talk
about general knowledge.
 Some students are dull and some are very
slow minded so the difficult matters and
logical results should be explained in
expanded way.
 Most of the students avoid eye contect and
either you get a response from one of the
two or three who always volunteer or you
answer your own question
 Few students to think about the questions
since they know that eventually someone
else will provide the answer.
 I have suggested for a better way to handle
questionning.
 A best approach to quetioning in class is
active learning.
 It has become common for instructions to put
their lecture notes into PowerPoint and to
spend their class time mainly droning
through slides.if the students don’t have
paper copies of the slides there is no way to
keepup. If they have the copies they can
read the slides faster than the instructor
 How much students learn in a course depends
to a great extend on the instructor’s attitude.
Two different instructors could teach the same
material to the same group of students using
the same methods.
 Under one teacher, student might get good
grades . Under other teacher, the grades could
be low. The difference between the students
performance in the two classes could easily
stem from the instructor’s attitudes.
 The role of a teacher is to help students apply concepts,
such as math, English, and science through classroom
instruction and presentations.
 Their role is also to prepare lessons, grade papers,
manage the classroom, meet with parents, and work
closely with school staff.
 Being a teacher is much more than just executing lesson
plans, they also carry the role of a surrogate parent,
disciplinarian, mentor, counselor, book keeper, role model,
planner and many more.
 The role of a teacher changes depending upon
the grade in which they teach.
 The Bureau of Labor Statistics notes the role of
a teacher in kindergarten includesdeveloping
skills that are necessary to excel and progress
to the next year.
 While the role of a teacher in the intermediate
grades includes teaching specific information
about a particular subject.
 Plan lessons that teach specific subjects,
such as math, science, and English.
 Teach whole groups, or small group the
lessons that they have prepared.
 Access and evaluate student's abilities
(strengths and weaknesses).
 Prepare students for standardized tests.
 Communicate student progress to parents.
 Develop and enforce classroom rules.
 Supervise children during extracurricular
activities(lunch, playground, etc.).
 Conduct in-class activities.
 Plan field trips
 1. Resource Provider
Teachers help their colleagues by sharing
instructional resources. These might include
Web sites, instructional materials, readings,
or other resources to use with students.
They might also share such professional
resources as articles, books, lesson or unit
plans, and assessment tools
 2. Instructional Specialist
An instructional specialist helps colleagues
implement effective teaching strategies. This
help might include ideas for differentiating
instruction or planning lessons in partnership
with fellow teachers. Instructional specialists
might study research-based classroom
strategies.
 3 Learning Facilitator
Facilitating professional learning opportunities
among staff members is another role for
teacher leaders. When teachers learn with and
from one another, they can focus on what most
directly improves student learning. Their
professional learning becomes more relevant,
focused on teachers' classroom work, and
aligned to fill gaps in student learning. Such
communities of learning can break the norms of
isolation present in many schools.
 4 Data Coach
Although teachers have access to a great deal
of data, they do not often use that data to
drive classroom instruction. Teacher leaders
can lead conversations that engage their
peers in analyzing and using this information
to strengthen instruction.
 5 Learner
Among the most important roles teacher
leaders assume is that of learner.
 Learners model continual improvement,
demonstrate lifelong learning, and use what
they learn to help all students achieve.
THANKS 
