as decorations while others just disregard them. Ignoring these signs may lead to
crash, injury, and even death.
Traffic Lights
- It is a must for a individual to look at the traffic
lights before crossing the streets. Look at the
picture. What do these lights signify? The green
light means “go”. The red light means “stop”.
The yellow light means the drivers should
take caution as they approach an

2. Avoid crossing the street if you see the “No Pedestrian Crossing” sign on the
street because it is dangerous. Children like you should obey traffic rules and
signs.
3. Young children like you must be accompanied by an adult when crossing the
street.
4. Be aware of bikers, runners, and motorcycles when walking.
5. Avoid going or passing in dark places or streets especially at night.

As a Passenger
1. Children below 7 yrs. old must be seated properly, secured and fastened on
an approved booster seat with lap-sash seatbelt.
2. Children 13 yrs. old and below should always ride in back seat.
3. Children like you should understand the meaning of staying calm in the back
seat.
4. You must follow the loading and unloading zones to keep you away from
accidents

6. When getting our of the bus, you should hold onto the hand rail and step
down slowly.
