(2MP) which impacted numerous system and business units within Loss Mitigation solutions. Program 
allowed Chase to modify eligible homeowner’s second lien (lower monthly payments) or offer partial/full 
forgiveness of the second lien mortgage. 
Achievements: 
· Project Management: Implemented Making Homes Affordable – Second Lien Modification project. 
(2MP) within budget. Automated IR2 reporting to the US Treasury. 
· Revenue Revenues/Profits: Received $1,700,000 in incentives from the US Treasury for a 5 month 
period for the 2MP Project. Implemented system maintenance macros that allowed the loan servicing team 
to increase their volume by 100% without increasing their workforce. 
Project Manager, Loan Decision Engine. Arlington, Texas (2008 – 2010) 
· Project Management: Successfully implemented highly visible and large scale Loan Decision Engine 
enhancement project that impacted a large cross-section of user community, the primary business decision 
engine and automated underwriting system.

· Project Management: Successfully implemented several Loan Decision Engine projects: 
o Messaging Optimization project: Implemented clear and concise informational messages targeted for 
either consumer or internal Chase employees. Deployed system enhancement to automatically

increase productivity and ensure accuracy and consistency tin the loan decision process. 
o Valuation Fields and Functionality Project: Provided collateral Risk tools to better managed 
appraiser and valuation risk. This project added data fields and functionality to collect property
valuation data throughout the loan life cycle. The ultimate benefit reduced the collateral valuation 
losses in Default.
