through software that enables one to easily
do so.
4. Tips for a successful blog-based class:
Class blog must be viewable by all students
Students must have their own blog for
posting assignments.
Only 2 people (teacher and student) can
view the student’s blog.
Students can edit their own writing and
teacher
can add comments.
Students cannot edit the teacher’s comments.

facilitates social interaction with members around
the world based on their mutual interest.
Learners write and software helps them to find
readers with its ‘interests’,’friends’ and community
features.

Weblog can be used in EFL class
Combined with essential discussion and lecture from
teacher, the utilization of both class and students
blogs can maximize student access to class materials
and exposure to teacher feedback.
The number of blog applications can be increased as
teachers continue to share their ideas for various
applications of blog for teaching EFL
