2. Kinesthetic awareness or sense and
proprioception are terms that are commonly
interchangeable within most talks amongst
professionals. However , though they
complimentary to each other , there are
distinct differences.
3. Kinesthetic Awareness(sense)- external
output of the body's physical awareness and
how we move.
Proprioception- internal messaging of where
the body is in the space around it allowing
the coordinated patterns to be performed
through the networks of joints, muscles, and
fascia.
4. Kinesthetic Awareness is our ability to
perform movements without thinking of the
pattern due to proprioception feedback.
