Large-scale Ecosystem-based Adaptation in The Gambia: developing a
climate-resilient, natural resource-based economy.
National Executing Entity:
Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Natural Resources
(MECCNAR);
Accredited Entity: United Nations Environment Programme
Partner Institutions:
DoA. DCD, DoF, DPWM and ICRAF/World Agroforestry Centre in Kenya
Beneficiaries:
8,400 households direct beneficiaries (50% women) and 46,200 indirect beneficiaries
(50% women)
