• Confirming the technical capability of all all workstations and the
presence of all necessary resources for the upcoming administion
before the test day to reduces the risk of encountering difficulty on test
day and shortens the test day setup.
• Arrive at least one hour before the scheduled start time to prepare the
laboratory.
• Check in Candidates.
• Call the Global Helpdesk and file a CPR ( Center Problem Report )
from the administrative station and include the name and /or date of the
birth that appears on the check in screen , the correct name and/or date
of birth as shown on the candidates ID document and the type of ID
document that the candidate presented.
• Start the candidate test delivery after confirming that the workstations
status is ready.
• Unlock candidate test delivery after confirming that the workstations
status is ready.
• Start the candidate workstartion when candidates return from
mandatory break.
• Perform the cleanup functions after all candidates have completed the
test to upload the candidates answers in the server.
• Send the related documents to ETS once per month by UPS Services.
