I will show you a presentation about the new consumer that is quite often called
the prosumer
During this presentation, indicate the various legal questions that the prosumer
behavior and the merchant activities do raise
Please indicate what you consider the 5 main legal questions and for each of
them what advice you will recommend to minimize the legal problems
I will take your individual preparation as the first exercise
Afterwards you will exchange in groups and come back with a common position
