9. SUGGESTED: 4HYD Five Program Plan:These are THREE OUTPUTS The 4HYD Unit has tried to simplify model plans for more streamline reporting and to make it easier to plan and report 4HYD Programs. For outputs, the following have been developed: 4-H FCS Output Plan – program management for foods, nutrition, fashion, healthy living, etc. 4-H Livestock Output Plan – program management plan for livestock (validation, county trainings, project trainings, major show entry, etc. 4-H Management Output Plan – program management plan for club meetings, 4-H Council, volunteer development, general curriculum enrichment, etc.

Dozen Do’s #3 YDI Research Briefs and Fact Sheets Fact Sheet - The goal of a fact sheet is to provide parents and practitioners with an overview of topics related to youth development (i.e. emotional development, youth voice, etc.). Research Brief - The goal of the research brief is to provide practitioners with more accessible and applicable translations of youth development research. Each brief will provide a concise overview and synthesis of the literature within a given topic area. Authors should use concise, lay person's language.
