Who am I?
Hananeel Jay A. Cabiling RPm, LPT, MAGC (CAR)
“We must decide what manner of men we
wish to be and
what calling in life we should follow; and
this is the most
difficult problem in the world “- Cicero
Who am I?
What do I want?
“I want to fulfil
the truest
expression of
myself as a
human being”
“Many people may
have the will to reach
for their dream, but
only a few are willing
to do what it takes to
make it”
YOUR WILLINGNESS
YOUR WILLINGNESS
TO SUCCEED
TO SUCCEED
IS MORE IMPORTANT
IS MORE IMPORTANT
THAN YOUR WILL TO
THAN YOUR WILL TO
MAKE IT
MAKE IT
Don’t just follow
your dream,
instead follow
your playful
heart.
YOUR DREAMS
WILL FIND ITS
WAY ONCE YOUR
HEART IS SET
TO ACHIEVE IT
You don’t need
to see the entire
staircase , you
just have to take
the first step
Failure is not the enemy of
success, it doesn't tell you what
works but it tells you what
doesn't work.
KNOWING WHAT
KNOWING WHAT
DOESN'T WORK
DOESN'T WORK
EVENTUALLY
EVENTUALLY
INTRODUCES YOU
INTRODUCES YOU
TO WHAT WORKS.
TO WHAT WORKS.
WHEN YOU KNOW
WHEN YOU KNOW
WHAT WORKS,
WHAT WORKS,
THAT'S A SUCCESS.
THAT'S A SUCCESS.
And just as how success
could define some people,
failure could also define
who you are. Its you do
that fails could build the
stage for success.
An easy life will not make you a
better person. When you
understand your suffering, pain
will never be an issue.
Now many of us have
goals we're trying to
achieve, but the person
we are right now, is not
the person that we
need to be when we
cross the finish line, to
our dream, so we must
walk and pace
ourselves on this
journey to our goals.
Because we haven't grown
enough in ourselves to fit
the shoes that we need to
achieve our aspirations
Don't fear failure,
but please be
terrified with
regrets, giving
up is the birth of
regret.
So today I challenge you to
fight , to work , to not stop
here, to believe so heavily in
your aspiration. Like an air , that
it is hard for you to live without
it.
“You must find a way to
serve, Martin Luther King
said, not everyone can
be famous but everyone
can be great, because
greatness is determine
by the service.”
Service +
Significance =
Success!
Your future is yours to
Your future is yours to
Your future is yours to

It only gives you one assurance, that you
can do anything, anytime in any place. As
long as you can endure. But if you should
move on in life with kindness, faith in

HOW TO USE THE
BIG 5 PERSONALITY
TRAITS
Where you fall on the continuum for each of
these five primary traits can be used to help
identify whether you are more or less likely to
have other more secondary personality traits.
These other traits are often split into two
categories: positive personality traits and
negative personality traits.
Positive and Negative Traits
Positive personality traits are
traits that can be beneficial to
have. These traits may help you
be a better person or make it
easier to cope with challenges
you may face in life. Personality
traits that are considered positive
include:
Positive Personality Traits
POSITIVE
Personality Traits
Adaptable
Ambitious
Considerate
Cooperative
Friendly
Gracious
Humble
Insightful
Objective
Optimistic
Respectful
Steady
Thorough
Well-rounded
Negative personality traits are
those that may be more harmful
than helpful. These are traits that
may hold you back in your life or
hurt your relationships with
others. (They're also good traits to
focus on for personal growth.)
Personality traits that fall in the
negative category include:
Negative Personality Traits
NEGATIVE
Personality Traits
Aggressive
Arrogant
Cold
Deceptive
Egotistical
Guarded
Tolerant
Judgemental
Moody
Neglectful
Pompous
Selfish
Unreliable
Withdrawal
UNIVERSALITY OF
PRIMARY
PERSONALITY
TRAITS
According to Robert R. Mcrae and his
colleagues, the Big 5 Personality traits are
universal and has biological backrounds.
People from 50 different cultures found
five dimensions could be accurately used
to describe personality.
FACTORS
INFLUENCING
PERSONALITY
TRAITS
Both biological and environmental influence
play a role in shaping our personality.
Twin studies suggest that both nature a
nurture play a role in the development of
each of the five personality traits.
- A study of the genetic and
environmental underpinnings of the
five traits looked at 123 pairs of
identical twins and 127 pairs of
fraternal twins.
-The findings suggested that the
heritability of each personality trait was
53% for Extraversion, 41% for
Agreeableness, 44% for
Conscientiousness, 41% for
Neuroticism, and 61% for Openness.

-Longitudinal studies also suggest that these
big five personality traits tend to be relatively
stable over the course of adulthood.
-As people age, they tend to become less
extraverted, less neurotic, and less open to an
experience. Agreeableness and
conscientiousness, on the other hand, tend to
increase as people grow older.
Behavior involves an interaction
between a person's underlying
personality and situational variables.
These dimensions represent broad
areas of personality. But personality is
also complex and varied.
