MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL

• Responsible for the implementation, development, and initiation of a $12 million budget that included
staff recruitment, development, and retention.
• Responsible for the initiation, planning and implementation all curriculum and professional
development needs of a Pre-Kindergarten through 8th
grade schoolsystem, including special education
services.
• Successfully initiated a sales tax referendum for facility improvements and upgrades and new
construction for District #429 of new money totaling $800,000
• Responsible for the facilities and successfulexecution of each of four buildings on a daily basis.
• Instituted changes to the district that allowed students and staff, as well as community, to feel
