1. STEP 1
Log in to the Manager
Dashboard, and click
on Students.

Find and select the
required student and
click on Profile
My student has forgotten their password - what do I
When a student forgets their password, their manager will be able to reset that password via the
Manager Dashboard.The password will be reset to the standard ‘1234’.
2. On the Reset Password drop down menu, select ‘Yes’.
Where necessary, fill in any additional
required student information.

Click Save.
STEP 6
Click on the Reset PasswordTab.

3. You will see a message indicating that the student’s password has been reset.
STEP 7
The student can now log on to their profile with their username, and the password 1234.
STEP 8
Please advise them to log on
and change their password
immediately.
