* This PowerPoint will teach you how to make
 pizza in 9 simple steps.




                            *
* Pizza flour
* Salt
* Yeast
* Sugar
* Water (160 ml)
* And whatever toppings that you like
* Olive oil


                           *
* 1 rolling pin
* 1 Jug
* 1 Bowl
* 1 Wet cloth
* 1 Teaspoon
* 1 Tablespoon
* 1 Colander


                  *
* Measure out 250 grams of flour
* Use a colander to make sure chunks of flour
 don’t fall in




                                *
* Measure out:
* 3.5 grams of yeast
* 1 teaspoon of sugar
* 1 table spoon of olive oil
* 160 ml of luke warm water in a jug
* Put everything in the jug then leave for a few
 minutes, turn around with fork




                                  *
* Pour all of measured dough onto a flat surface
* Keep a hole in the middle to keep liquid




                            *
* Pour contents of jug slowly in to flour, it is best
 to do this on a flat surface




                                  *
* Use one hand to slowly mix the liquid and flour
 together
* If the dough is sticky, sprinkle small bits of
 flour on it




                                   *
* Keep on kneading until dough becomes smooth
 springy




                                *
* Put dough in a bowl, add some flour on top of
 it and cover with a damp cloth, put in a warm
 place for about an hour
* When the dough has doubled in size it means
 its ready




                            *
* Place dough in a surface with flour, knead for
 about 3 min to push air out




                               *
* The dough is now ready for 2 pizzas




                               *
