oldest continually operating airlines
Finnair was the first Western European airline to have
a non-stop route between Europe and China

state owns 55.8% of the shares

Finnair is operating flights to 12 long-haul destinations
including New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Delhi
Overall Finnair flies to over 70 different destinations
Finnair's European route network offers several daily
frequencies to all major European cities.
The Finnair fleet comprises more than 60 aircraft
The long-haul fleets are Airbus A340, A330, and starting
2014, new technology Airbus A350XWB aircraft.
Finnair also operates one of Europe's youngest and most
eco-efficient narrow-body fleets, comprised of Airbus A320
family aircraft, Embraer 170s and Embraer 190s.
