2. What are the meetings useful for?
❖ A good meeting must be productive.
❖ Should come up with new ideas to
fix or improve something in company.
❖ Should be a space to share knowledge.
❖ Meeting strengthen collaboration and bonds.
3. Consequences of a bad meeting
❖ A bad meeting could become into source of stress.
❖ Team can consider meetings as a waste of time.
❖ Can generate tension between members of the
team and therefore arguments.
4. Tips for a better Meeting
❖ Prepare a list of topics will be
discussed arranged according to
importance and their goals.
❖ This list must be sent to everyone
who is attending to meeting so
they can prepare for the topics.
5. Importance of agenda
❖ This is very important, because that way everybody
knows what will be discussed so the topic do not go
far from the main topics and do not become a waste
of time for not relevant topics.
6. Tips for a better Meeting
❖ There must be a moderator.
❖ They control time, people and the time everyone takes
to comment, so it doesn’t turn boring or goes far from
the main topic.
❖ A moderador can keep everything under control (avoid
arguments) and focused.
7. Tips for a better Meeting
❖ Start and finish on time.
❖ Something stressing about meetings is when they start
late and therefore need to finish late.
❖ This is stressing and make all members of the meeting
change their plans for later, specially when meetings are
arranged after working time.
