2. On behalf of organizing team, its my privilege to propose
a vote of thanks on this occasion. My heart fills with lots
of gratitude and respect for our distinguished guest
speakers ---------- for not only sparing their invaluable time
for us to grace this occasion but also for enlightening us
with their commendable talk on the subject. Thanks all of
you for clearing our concepts and enhancing our
understanding pertaining to the ----------. You have indeed
put best of your efforts to make this event unforgettable
event.(Indeed,you have put your best efforts to make this
event unforgettable) We really owe you a lot. (Really We
are highly obliged)
I am running short of words to express my humble
thanks to ---------------- for doing poster evaluation for us.
You have provided us with valuable support in enriching
the CME programme.
3. My heart goes out to thank our respected delegates
for accepting our invitation, coming to this CME and
encouraging the morale of the speakers by their
gusto(august presence) and enthusiasm. Without
your kind presence in the CME, we could not have
accomplished what we had dreamt for.
Next I would like to thank the torch bearer of this
event, our respected Director Sir, for leading and
inspiring us in working towards the goal of
conducting this CME. We are thankful to him for his
huge support at all times.
4. Although the patron of this CME- ------ could not
come for today’s event, but she has always lend a
helping hand to us since we first thought of
conducting this CME. We are highly indebted to her
for her assistance at all times.
I also wish to have special recognition for the co-
patron of this CME -------, for encouraging us with his
humble presence and good wishes.

5. No event/conference/function can take shape without a
hardworking leader. It was the dedication and enthusiasm
of our leaders and organising chairpersons

success. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for them.
Conducting this CME would have been impossible
without the zealous efforts of ------------- who has devoted
lots of time and energy for this programme.
Above and beyond, let’s not forget the backbone of
this CME- our department- ----------------, organizing
secretary, ---------------- joint organizing secretary, Scientific
committee member- --------------------- , finance committee
member- ----------------- and Reception committee members-
--------------------------who went an extra mile and worked
their tail off under the guidance of the organising
chairperson and made this dream, a reality. Thank you so

6. Furthermore, let’s have a special Recognition for all the volunteers--

counter.
This vote of thanks would be largely incomplete without expressing
my gratitude for the others staff members of Department --------------
-------------------------who have been working really hard and carrying
out all the alloted duties very diligently.
Needless to say that ---------------------- has taken care of the audio
visual system very nicely so that this CME could proceed without
any interruption.
Thanks to our photographer -------- who has taken beautiful pictures
of today’s event which would ensure that beautiful memories of this
programme would remain fresh not only in our minds but also on
photo paper.
