- 3. 2019 YEO Preconvention Welcome Welcome to Today’s Workshop. We will be discussing the importance of accelerated learning techniques and the use of them in your district’s student orientations. These techniques will allow your students to learn and absorb more than before. They will have fun while doing and you might find it a bit amusing yourself. We will discuss some practical ways that you can apply these techniques to improve your orientations.
