  1. L’amélioration de l’XP est une réalité aujourd’hui, mais dans les faits comment cela se traduit-il? Grâce aux intervenants de la matinée, nous avons appris que les outils existent, que nous pouvons mesurer les résultats. Les patients participent par le biais des comités, des domaines d’expertise, le développement de produits. Leur empowerment est encouragé. Mais la « centricité » patient exige une culture organisationnelle dont l’XP est inscrite dans son ADN.
  2. Ceci ne signifie pas que l’environnement n’a aucune influence sur l’XP! Les hôpitaux sont en général pensés et organisés par des personnes « en bonne santé ». Quand ces personnes en bonne santé tiennent compte du trépied XP, l’organisation entière devient patient centrée.
  3. Comment changer les habitudes de travail en silos des professionnels dans les organisations? Les responsables sont-ils formés à écouter leurs équipes? Le management est-il assez mûr pour collaborer efficacement et en confiance? Quel est le niveau d’intelligence émotionnelle au sein des équipes? Il est curieux de voir arriver un nouveau collègue qui dit: je veux faire voir l’institution à travers les yeux du patient. Chacun a le sentiment de travailler de la sorte depuis toujours.
  4. Au début, avoir dans l’équipe une personne supplémentaire pour améliorer les processus en qualité est perçu comme une opportunité. Mais dans le temps, le CXO remet en question les pratiques parfois ancestrales et perturbe les flux verticaux qui sont structurés en pôles, en département ,en secteur. Chacun a la tendance naturelle à vouloir rester dans son domaine de compétence, mais surtout de hiérarchie. « Je dépends de mon N+1 », pourquoi c’est le CXO qui me « commande »?
  5. Le CXO intervient dans tous les processus; L’XP entre en concurrence directe avec toutes les choses que les professionnels de santé doivent exécuter au quotidien: les actes dans lesquelles leur responsabilité est engagée. Du diagnostic au traitement, chaque étape est de la responsabilité du prestataire. Donc la charge mentale de chaque prestataire est déjà forte. Le risque est que chaque secteur vertical se décharge des aspects purement « logistique » de son domaine sur le CXO.
  6. La question reste faut-il une personne en particulier pour responsabiliser à l’XP?
  7. Le responsable de l’XP doit d’abord reconnaitre la charge mentale des prestataires au regard des performances mesurables qui leur incombent. Son rôle est certainement d’analyser les moments de vérités négatifs et d’aider à les résoudre. Qui est cette personne? Quel est son profil? Comment s’intègre-t-il dans l’organisation?
