Farm animals live in a farm so we can
use their products.
 Eg-Cow for milk, Chicken for eggs


disappeared from the Earth forever.
 Eg-Dinosaurs, Dodo Birds and Giant
Ground Sloths.


Endangered animals are animals that
are about to become extinct.
 Eg-Tiger

animals are animals that sleep in
the day time and stay awake in the night.
•Eg- Owls, raccoons and bats.

7. Domestic Animals
Domestic animals are animals that
can be tamed, bred or kept in the
house with us.
 Eg- Dog, Cat or fish


8. Wild Animals
Wild animals are those animals that
can’t be kept as a pet.
 They live in the Jungle or Forest.
 Examples- Lion, Tiger and a bear


9. Water Animals
Sea or water animals are the animals that live in
the ocean, sea, lake or any water body.
 Mostly, they breathe through GILLS.
 Examples-Dolphin, Whale
 The whale and dolpins don’t breathe through
gills, instead they come up take a deep breathe
and dive inside the water and thus, hold there
breath for 8min till they come up again

