Mobile marketing platform UNITAG
reaches 1 million users worldwide!
The French startup Unitag today
announced it has reached a major
milestone in its development: over
one million users globally are now
using its all-in-one mobile marketing
tools.
With 1.3 million users of its free
online tools, and 50,000 subscribers
in more than 186 countries, the
start-up shows continued international
success since the beginning.
Mobile is on the rise
With smartphones about to outpace traditional media such as Web and TV* in term
of usage, the exponential rise of the mobile channel brings further great growth
potential for Unitag.
The startup aims to become a marketing hub for connecting brands with mobile
consumers across channels, with technologies such as QR Codes, NFC and more.
From custom QR Codes to actionable mobile sites, Unitag value proposition is based
on simple, design integrated services, suitable for every budget and every need in

A startup success story
Following the fund raising of about
€230 000, the start-up now counts 14
employees and shows a growth of
+235% in 2013.
The 5 co-founders and friends founded
the startup while still studying at the
engineer school.
Early at the beginning of the smartphone era, they noticed the lack of simple-to-use
tools for marketers and decided to develop an intuitive mobile marketing platform.
In just 2 years, Unitag served the mobile strategy of over 1,200 business clients,
including well-known companies such as Sephora, Volvo, Spotify, Havas, Cacharel,
McCormick, Total and many more.
