After working for big companies like The
Coca-Cola Company taking care of e-
Marketing in Balcans Regions or working
for Neogen – the biggest social platform at
that time in Romania, Noro started his own
e-Marketing Company 5 years ago (
www.ferseta.com), having clients from
USA, Russia, Italy and Japan.
Iulian CRĂCIUN
Iulian Is a fighter, even though he is since
childhood in a wheelchair due to a muscular
athophy. He never give up fighting to have a
normal life, to be an IT Software Company
owner, husbant and father. Recently he enter
into Politics to easily contribute to modify the
Romanian Legislation for people with

Alina FERȘETA
After working 8,5 years in the banking sistem
as Marketing Division Deputy Director, Alina
decided to dedicate more time for Charity
programs and Educational ideas that she
alrealy started 4 years before the StartEvo
Association was born. Together with Noro, is
taking care of the family business Ferseta e-

In the beginning StartEvo started as a hobby for helping others.
Since March 2011 is a legal entity, a NGO.
StartEvo became an inspirational and educational project for
people, showing successful row models stories, facilitating
VIP’s Mentors for those who want to succeed in life, lately we
award pupils for ambition with monthly scholarships.
We act as an inspiration supplier, managing to motivate people.
We help people get a new fresh start in life.
Our followers are divided in 3 categories: teens, young
professionals (25 – 35 years old) and senior management: CEOs,
CFOs, GMs, etc. interested in biographies and watching our
inspirational videos.
StartEvo Projects
- Inspirational Videos – successful life stories from
VIPs or people guided by passion and from whom
we can learn things.
- Mentoring – VIPs become Mentors for people
- StartEvo Scholarships for Ambitious Students
- StartEvolution – we are invited to keep speeches to
students in High Schools and Faculties
- BeerStorming – gathering with VIPs to discuss on a
chosen subject. Conclusions usually lead to other
projects. 
- Charity Programs – as “Special Christmas” for
children with terminal cancer.
