Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is the
formal process of identifying the training
gap and its related training need.
It is most often used as part of the
system development process.

Conceptual skills – Not very clear with regard to their work.

Task Role, Relationship Role - Good on the whole.
6. THE RESULTS OF THE OBSERVATION
Integrity- ratio of 1:2
Team work- one is dominant on others , rest
cannot oppose on the dominant person. In the
ratio of 1:2.
Behavioral attitude (determination towards their
